No.: Breast cancer is very rare in men, occuring in less than 1:100, 000. This tends to occur at an older age in men as compared to women. I am unaware of breast cancer ever reported in a teenage male.

No: The chances of this are extremely unlikely. However there are other types of cancer that may present in the chest area. What is more likely is that he has gynacomastia, a benign swelling of the breast right under the nipple that is fairly common in adolescent males.
