How low could my blood sugar get before i pass out?

Depends upon: How quickly it drops. Answer is extremely variable. I have had patients with glucoses as low as "0" on a lab sugar who were still alert and communicating. Most often, your body will raise your sugar back to normal before any severe damage is done, unless you're on diabetes medication such as insulin.
