Can i throw my sugar pills away and start a new pack right away?

No finish the pack: Even though you can skip the last 7 pills and wait for seven days to start the new pack.But it is a good idea to be in habit of finishing the pack and starting the new pack because some times you may forget when you are supposed to start a new pack you are supposed to wait 7 days after taking 21 hormone containing pills to start new pack.
