Urology consultation: At 43, ? Prostate enlarged, not allowing bladder to empty (see picture). If this is related to a prostate/bladder infection, this could cause pain after sex. Pain down leg & testicle, more difficult. They share a common nerve, can be irritated by groin hernia (aggravated by activity with sex), or a blood flow problem esp. If you smoke. This requires your doctor to evaluate as well as urologist.
