A member asked:

What kind of likelihood is there of having a full recovery in case of paralysis due to stroke?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

I have seen it : Now, don't carve in stone, but I have seen amazing recoveries over a 4-6 month period of time in cases of hemiparesis, where i felt there was no hope. This is relatively uncommon, but does happen. So, work hard in rehab program, take your med, exercise, and stay optimistic. Good luck.
