What's a good way to address severe anxiety at work?

Talk to MD: You normal doctor may be able to help with short term issues with meds. If it is an on-going problem, counseling may be needed (many employers provide free services for employees under stress). If the work is too stressful or too much, talking to your employer about small changes might make it better for you as well. (maybe reduce work load or distribute it evenly through the week).
