Certainly: Unfortunately donor pool will be much smaller than if you were rh +ve.Any chance there is relative with o-ve blood type who might donate. Another option can be arranged via some organ banks, whereby a potential donor with non matching blood type or tissue match can be matched to third party who also has a non-matching donor, but their donor matches you & your donor matches them.
