Several Methods: The most effective way to whiten teeth is with hydrogen or carbamide peroxides. Over-the-counter crest advanced whitestrips are great and inexpensive, but custom trays from the dentist are better. Even with in-office whitening, we suggest maintaining with trays for occasional touch-ups. Brush after coffee, tea, dark foods, etc to keep re-staining to a minimum.

Teeth whitening: There are several good ways to whiten the teeth. First one is to use whitening trays with whitening gel. This is given to you by your dentist and you do it conviniently in your house. The other ways are to do it in office under supervision of te dentist using a laser or uv light. All methods work well. If you want one shot whitening then in office is good for you. Hope that helps.
