Dental consult: Schedule an appointment with a dentist who will be able to give you a personal clinical exam, take some necessary x-rays, probe the pocket depth around your teeth, and then be able to diagnose and treat your problem(s). There are many causes of painful gums and no way for us to know or advise you further over the internet.
