Reddish lump between left breast and armpit! what could it be?

Mastitis v cyst: There is breast tissue in this area known as the "tail of spence". Any mass here should be fully evaluated by a physician with possible diagnostic imaging. This could be an obstructed or infected duct (mastitis) or a cyst or tumor ( benign or malignant).
