Maybe: These symptoms are relatively common and can be associated with numerous medical conditions. The symptoms may represent cervical radiculopathy (pinched nerve in the neck) which is usually caused by arthritic-type changes or a herniated disc. Other causes need to be considered as well. You should see your primary care provider or a physiatry/orthopedic specialist.
