Can there be another alternative to getting an implant?

Dental implants?: You have a full range of options, but each has benefits and consequences: do nothing= less immediate cost but decreased function, compromised dentition and no protection from bone loss or arch collapse. Less expensive options include partials, will not prevent bone loss and large appliance that is removable. A bridge is similar in cost to an implant & fixed into place but does not stop bone loss.
