get 1 sided ovarian pain just prior to my period. it's not horrible unless i try to have a bowel movement then i want to cry. what can i do for pain?

Meds: Like aleve (naproxen) or Ibuprofen usually help . Sometimes a warm bath helps too . If that does not work see your on/ gyn.
