Not a good idea: It is not a good idea to take any drug for ever without medical supervision, to make sure it needs to be continued, and see if you can come of the drug or the dose can be reduced domperidone is not available in us has been a controversial in uk.So its use for indefinite period is not a good idea in my opinion nexium is usually prescribed once a day as it can cause side effects need dose reduction.
