if someone has dialated pupils from a concussion. this means they don't react to light at all and are huge in size right?

Dilated pupils: Large pupils = dilated eyes, the pupils should be responsive to light though. If not needs evaluation.

May be normal: Pupil size depends on ambient light so in themselves vary. Asymmetry is more important. I get you have no problem.
