I don't smoke or drink but i have this minor ache in throat for about a week now but only noticeable if i swallow hard im only 22 should i worry?

No: You likely have a sore throat due to a viral or bacterial infection. A throat swab may be done by your doctor to determine if the infection is bacterial, and antibiotics can be prescribed. Otherwise, treatment is mainly symptomatic with nsaids or acetaminophen. A sore throat usually goes away in a few days. See your doctor if your symptoms don't improve or if they come back.

See doc if persist: Infections caused by virus/ bacteria can cause sore throat, acid reflux can also cause it, if your symptoms persist, it is a good idea to have yourself checked by your doctor.
