No: Your Depo-Provera is not a reliable method since it has been a while since receiving it. You need to use a back up method (condoms) until you start your next pill pack. Try using the mobile apps to help you remember to take your pills. Also, i recommend taking your pills with something you do each day, like brush your teeth.
