Unlikely: The plastic obviously surrounded some food but it seems as if the rat did not get to the food. Most rats in this country do not carry disease and if they do, it usually requires a direct bite to your body from the rat. The cooking provides an additional level of protection. So you are most certainly fine and only need to seek help if you get sick after several days.
