Dehydrated: Drink plenty of water, 2 liters more a day (8 glasses with 8 more ounces) and see if you do not feel better. Make sure you are eating enough calories to fuel your body through the day with a balanced diet as well. Eat more vegetables and fruits and maybe a multivitamin and see how much better you will feel. It will be amazing. You are most likely just dehydrated. Good luck and feel better!
