Post nasal drip: An antihistamine and or decongestant over the counter will be very effective in this case. This is fr post nasal drip and allergies most likely. If you like the white noise from the fan simply turn the fan away from you and not directly on you while you are sleeping. A nasal steroid works nicely as well but needs a prescription (doctor to do). Good luck!
