Mastitis : It sounds like you may have mastitis, a common infection of the breast. See your doctor to confirm, as mastitis should be treated with antibiotics. It is safe to continue breast feeding your baby during treatment, but if you do not want to feed the baby the milk from the infected breast, "pump and dump" - get the milk out with a breast pump regularly, then throw it away.
