Gastroenteritis : Pain cramping diarrhea and sweating most commonly indicate gastroenteritis this could be viral or bacterial initial treatment with rest fluids and tylenol (acetaminophen) are frequently sufficient since many episode are mild and short in duration. If symptoms worsen or persist you should consult your physician.
