Still Pregnyl: After a Pregnyl injection your pregnancy test may be false-positive for quite some time - perhaps as long as 10 days or more. I know you badly want to be pregnant: try your best to be patient for 1 more week. Check a pregnancy test about 12 days after you ovulated, and then you can know the results are more likely accurate.
