Unlikely: Progesterone treatment can be preventing your menstrual flow from coming on. Repeat pregnancy test and ask your doctor when you should stop the progesterone. Within a few days of stoping your Progesterone your menses should start, then you can try again. Most pregnancy tests should turn positive after 14 days. But repeat test just to be safe.
