Radiculopathy: Yes , sciatic pain can radiate to the ankle and the top of the foot or to the bottom of the foot depending on the nerve root affected.

Yes it can...: The roots of the sciatic nerve stem of the l4/l5 from the lumbar region of the spine. Those same roots in addition to s1 make up the roots that run into the foot, ankle and leg.

Yes: It can go anywhere in the leg and foot since the nerve travels from the low back all the way into the toes.
