Severe left temple headache that pulses. 4 a week. pain only on left, whole head. high bp/pulse. nothing helps. possibilities? not a diagnosis. thanks

If migraine ha, compression (low in neck over common carotid artery) to reduce flow, on painful side, to dilated arteries in meninges may quickly reduce pain. If held for up to a minute & careful to minimize head movements next ~5 min, may sometimes dramatically reduce current episode of pain. Focus on patterns/feelings triggering.
