TMJ: Tmj doesn't create a double chin- rather the double chin can be an illustration of a retruded jaw position which can be an indication of TMJ problems.

Doubtful: Never heard of an association between the two, but it could be a swelling problem that should be checked just to make sure.

No: Nothing to do with double chin. If you had a severe TMJ disorder with loss of the condyles and the chin dropped back, I guess you could get the appearance of a double chin.

No: Temporo-mandibular syndrome is the second most frequent cause of orofacial pain after dental pain. Double chins are often a natural result of aging or gaining a little weight. If concerned, see your PCP for eval.
