Reply: Could be two things most commonly among others, impetigo which is a bacterial infection and looks like red bumps with honey colored crusting that needs an antibiotic cream/ ointment like bactroban (mupirocin). Then it could be a viral infection and if appears to be more like small blisters then needs antiviral cream like zovirax. List includes allergic rash, lip licking dermatitis etc.
