Treating Doctor?: You have two things going for you that make it very unlikely for you to develop a frozen shoulder. First, your age puts you in a group that generally doesn't get stiff. Second, your injury is far enough away from the shoulder that it rarely causes stiffness. Your main goal now is to heal your clavicle which should be done under the supervision of a doctor who has seen your x-rays.

At 16, the bone heal: Heals quickly. I wouldnsendnyou to therapy to initiate a therapy plan. Jogging is fine if it does not hurt. If you have discomfort then lay off.

Probably.: You may be able to start exercises, or physical therapy. Consult your doctor about a prescription for physical therapy. It may be a bit early to jog, again consult your doctor, to see if there is adequate bone healing, that would allow you to jog.
