Stunted growth: Smoking anything (hookah, cigarettes, weed, etc) can lead to decreased potential in growth from growth plates in your bones. No, there are no medications for regaining height or bone growth, but hormones are only used in extreme circumstances due to the risks involved. Just stop smoking, please. For you sake.

Can't change: Agree with Dr. Sung. The effects of tobacco use in one 2008 study showed an average 2.54 cm difference in height btwn smoking and non-smoking teens. No medications will increase your height at age 28 years old.
