Foreign body: The foreign body is under his skin and may need to be excised by a physician. Please have him see his doctor for possible drainage of pus and removal of foreign body. Good luck.

Let him see his DR: He may need antibiotics. In the meantime, clean his wound and apply neosporin 2x a day .God bless u!
