Bland Foods: You could try eating bland foods like bananas, rice, applesauce or toast. It is also important to stay hydrated with clear liquids such as water or broth. Some people find ginger ale & ginger soothing for nausea. If it persists for more than a few days, see your doctor.

Try clear liquids: First try clear liquids. Clear liquids are any drink 'you can see through' --literally & other possibilites are jello and 'popsicles'. Your first goal is to stay hydrated. Don't worry about eating real 'food' until your nausea passes. Otc meds are available for nausea, too. You will have to see a doctor for a prescription for nausea and to find out what may be causing it--if not improving.

Many choices: In general, bland foods are best for nausea. Try to eat small amount of food every 1-2 hrs: crackers, rice, bagel, bread sticks, toast, rice cakes, plain noodles...In addition, sip fluids often throughout the day. If you don't like plain water, you can try lemonade, gatorade, gingerale, popsicles, jello, weak tea with honey. Other solid food include: pancakes, cooked eggs, toast+peanut butter...
