Migraines under 18yo: Puffin, migraines occuring more often than once a week should see a neurologist. Treatment of children (yes, even at 16) for migraines can be tricky, and some medications used weren't tested in patients younger than 18. Without an rx, you can try: better sleep, avoiding msg and caffeine, and over the counter magnesium supplements (discuss with your primary md). Good luck!
