Eating regularly?: Migraine is often triggering by irregular eating habits. If you are not eating at least 3 meals a day but eating only when you feel hungry or have time to do so, it is the fasting which is triggering your migraine and not the food. Having said that alcohol , msg , alcohol , and ? Chocolate have been known as migraine triggers.
