My tsh was 22.01 t3 (liothyronine) was 2.05 & t4 .93 on 5/24/13 he raised my dose from 75 to 88 i'm still really tired and foggy in the head my vision seems weird?

Need more med: The TSH of 22 is high and shows that you need more thyroid hormone. Going from 75 mcg to 88 will likely not be enough. You will more likely need a dose of 100-125. You should have a repeat level within 1 month, so that a change in dosage can be made.
