Get a medical exam: These symptoms could be a sign of many conditions from heart problems to anemia. The visual symptom of blurred vision is probably not a specific eye problem but rather a problem with blood flow to the eyes. This is similar to standing up too fast and feeling lightheaded and getting dim vision briefly (orthostatic hypotension). Get a medical exam to get all possibilities checked!
