Have itchy pitaryasis rash. itch driving me nuts. what to use to stop itch.?

Itch B Gone: Try over-the-counter antihistamines like loratadine, cetirizine, generic benadryl, (diphenhydramine) chlorphenarimine. Oatmeal baths [put oatmeal in old sock, knot the end for cheap oatmeal sachet. Don't forget to empty your sock before you put it in wash though!]. Steroid creams: otc Hydrocortisone 1%, prescription steroid cream from your doc. Otc pramoxine gel too. Avoid hot showers. Good luck!
