Depends: The er would primarily be treating the symptoms the person might be having from the lsd. That could vary from person to person, so i don't have a specific answer. Antipsychotics would depend on whether there was a psychosis that caused the use of the lsd and generally would be handled by a psychatrist, after the trip has resolved.
