No: Botulinum toxin like Dysport acts on the motor(motion) function of muscles in thre area injected. It has no effect on sensory(numbness) function. You will not be numb.

Not expected: There may be temporary numbness after any injection but it definitely should not last more than an hour. Dysport and Botox has its effect on motor nerves lessening muscle activity and lines, but no effect on sensory nerves.
