Caution: No, but use caution when in standing poses. Yoga usually allows mats to stand on and most times, metatarsalgia pain occurs with steps and walking, not stationary walking, however that doesn't mean it still can't hurt. Just be cautious in your poses. Best of luck.

Yes: Putting excess pressure on an already injured part will not help it heal.
