Saw a ent doc, he did a cam thru nose in office.. nothing was said about pain. is it normal to have pain even if he didn't remove anything?

Yes: A fiberoptic nasopharyngolaryngoscopic exam was done on you and it can be irritating and uncomfortable in the nose. It's an unpleasant side effect that normally goes away fairly quickly. I usually tell people to expect this when I do this exam.

Had to see the ENT and obviously had to remove the mask. Doc had n95 and shield & said office is cleaned etc. should I be tested next week as precaution since my mask was off? I heard about aerosols and just dont know what to believe?
