Don't drive: I know that sounds cavalier, and i really do feel for you. But none of that prevents me from strongly urging you to stay off the road till you either learn in therapy how to tolerate the panic a few minutes till you can "pull over" or don't drive! you are risking your life and perhaps many others. Even as a passenger it may be dangerous if you can't hold on till pulling over is possible. Get help.
