Get cath urine: Generally mixed flora like that indicates contamination. A cath specimen should be done and if still shows bacteria then would treat with antibiotics. If cath symptoms are neg and you still have urinary symptoms then need to see a urologist for possible direct bladder examination (cystoscope).
