Complex: Could be fissured tongue or geographic tongue or burning tongue syndrome...All of which are incurable and just have to be managed. Many different products out there that may help.

Check with doctor: A burning and fissured tongue is possibly a nutritional deficiency. Check with your pcp for an exam and treatment.
