Dry sockets: Usually occur 2-3 days after the extraction. If it is already one week later, you should be fine. Electronic cigarettes do contain some nicotine and whether or not it may jeopardize the clot is questionable, although i personally think unlikely at this point.

Dry socket: Dry socket can be caused by anything that dislodges the blood clot that is the beginnning of the healing process. So sucking on an electronic cigarette although it may not be as harmful to the system as regular cigarettes it may cause dislodging of the clot and lead to dry socket.

Yes and yes: Yes dry so key can happen after a week from extraction and yes the use of electronic cigarettes can cause it , as then contraindications after extraction is to avoid the negative pressure like drinking through a straw or smoking electronic or not.
