Forget medicines: Anxiety is an expression of workings of the mind & the first courses of action should be a doctor visit to have body chemistry checked. If noting objective found then psychological counseling, behavioral training, meditation, relaxation training, biofeedback, friendships, volunteer work, pets, exercise, nutritional overhaul, & attendance at course in miracles are some useful activities to help.
