Travelers diarrhea: Diarrhea in travelers may be due stress of travel, change in diet or acquisition of a new friend (montezuma--bacterial like salmonella, shigella or ecoli; a virus or parasite). Diarrhea is >3 liquid bm/day. Since you also have stomach pain you are classified as moderate. Treatment is usually fluid replacement. Hold off on antibiotics/immodium unless you have fevers & until stool culture/exam done.
