Get 2nd opinion: Serous papillary (cyst)adenofibroma is an uncommon tumor of the oviduct (tube) or ovary. If you were my patient, i would ask that several pathologists look at the glass slides and confirm the benign diagnosis for everyone's peace of mind. Some clinicians might screen you for a brca mutation.
