Could be many things: Those are very generalized and nonspecific symptoms. Any viral infection (or other infection for that matter) could cause symptoms like this. It may be as simple as the flu or cold...But you better get re-tested for syphilis, hepatitis and HIV just to ensure you were not in any window period.
