If i got preganant on june5 will a home preganancy test show postive today june 17 and if not when will it?

Too soon: If a pregnancy test is done too soon, it might show a negative result even when the woman had conceived a week or so ago. A urine pregnancy test, when done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (after presumed conception). So, one can do the test on june 26.

Yes, possibly: Pregnancy tests can be positive as early as 7-10 days after ovulation. Check out this review: http://www.Early-pregnancy-tests.Com/compare.Html retesting if you are negative is also worth doing, since recent studies also show there is variation among women, even when the time of ovulation/conception is known.
